To be contained is not the same
as containing oneself
when one is contained
one is inside
suspended in space
the imaginary space

It means being spaced within oneself
without nothing to perturbate time
so time is suspended
with the eyes shut
held within the mind

To contain oneself in change is to restrain one's desires
without being able to expell
it is to feel time passing by without stopping it

To stop containing oneself one must empty out
and to feel contained one must allow oneself to be filled
